Bah. Sucks to be home.

I never thought I'd enjoy that trip so much. I feel like writing about it, which is ironic because I hated doing that freaking journal during the trip. But is that annoying this meant staying on that trip a day longer I'd do it.

Eh. There's no much to really miss at home. I mean, there's a lot I thought I'd miss, I missed them while I was in New Jersey, but I just don't give a fuck about them now. Sorry internets, I don't love you as much anymore.

It breaks my heart that I'll probably never see or talk to most of the other delegates again. In the van on the way back to the limo terminal, Ethan said that after one year we'd probably forget everyone's name. I don't doubt that, but I feel a lot more attached to the people I met there (even if on the trip we were just acquaintances) than probably everyone at home.

Oh, except some certain people. Like that fat cunt. And that little prick, and his older form. Although with the last one I wish I *did* see him one more time, only because I severely regret not decking him in the face before the trip ended. I also won't miss blondie that much. Yeah, yeah, she follows the fatass all the time, but on her she's a stuck up bitch on her own too, she's just better about covering up her bitchyness. Just spend two minutes with her and you'll see what I mean.

But still, they didn't ruin the experience for me. I think that trip bettered me some, but now that I'm home I think I'mm being pulled back into my old habits. I want out really bad. I think I'd be a wonderful person if I wasn't here.

And for fucks sake I'm not even enthused about sewing a Yuna costume for someone else right now. Don't get me wrong, she's awesome and I've always wanted to make Yuna's outfit. And I usually enjoy sewing for others more than sewing for myself...but I'd just rather be in Europe right now.

In Europe.

Huzzuh.

First night in London, we had to leave UKSA this morning which sucked, spending three weeks there actually might seem more appealing to me that this whole three week trip alll over Europe. Well, I'm enjoying the trip, but UKSA was really, really fun. And the instructors were nice, unlike our jack ass delegation leaders. Well, most of them are nice, but Julie is a whore. Hmm, what was I going on about now? Oh yeah, UKSA instructors are hot. Really fuking hot. Especially Allie (sorry if I mispelled that). I got a picture with Stella (what's up with chick names for the dudes in England?) but the person who took the pic fucked up and he pulling away in the picture and has his eyes shut. It's real charming. I also have a nice picture with a cute guy named Devin (again, sorry about spelling) from Amsterdam, but that's on someone else's camera, so i gott go find it I like that picture, mostly because he put his arm around my waist.

*cough*

Anyways, I really like Amsterdam and USKA, I want to got back to both again (hopefully in my own wetsuit next time!}. THe only thing is there's a noteable amount of anti-American sentimentfloating around here, like that asshole bus driver we had today, butI'm to tired to type about that now.

I smeared gum on the bottome on the bus seat. <lj:music>MGS4 E3 2k7 trailer</lj:music>

So I watched the trailer finally. Um, I actually don't have too much to say...Is Flynn still doing Raiden? I thought he was, but he sounds very different. Not that it's a bad thing it suits the new Raiden well, it's just that some of the other actors didn't change very much and don't seem to suit their new roles. I mean, Snake and Cambell aren't cyborgs now, but they're older and their voices don't really reflect that. There is a change, it' just kinda small. And towards the end there was some...fruitiness. But Vamp vs Raiden was still badass. Very, very basass. It was down right orgasmic. And did Vamp all of a sudden turn into Fortune? It damn well seems like it.

Oh, and is that Niaomi in the helicopter?

And who's the random immune guy and why is he immune?

And nooo! It's now dated early 2008. Bah well, hopefully it'll still be before March.

Now I'm going to watch it again for the bajillionth time.

The sook sei (or however you'd latinize that) is nice too. They've got hibachi tables, a dining room, and a sushi bar...and...

A NARUTO ROLL!

I first learned about it when a customer ordered it on the phone, and it took all the self restraint I had to not burst out laughing.

Anyways, I wish I was home. No Hero or WoW for me here in Jersey, it makes me a sad panda. I just got some spiffy new armor to, and I was really close to getting the cryptic armor, which for a week (of wear time) gives you +5% exp, and the boots add an additional 5%. And I was close to having enough money to buy a great wolf, it's actually not a lot of money, but I have a habit of blowing all my cash as soon as I get it. And besides all those reccent quests that require me to go to the Southern Plains keep eating up my gold, it's 10,000 to transport there, but I go through the Central Marketplace and it's 1,000 that way.

Bah. Hero has sucked up all of my attention.

Also, why do they call the flying lion a flying lion when it doesn't fly?
So, I've always kinda avoided paper craft. Just didn't appeal to me. Some of it was really impressive, a lot of it looked dumb, and it just seemed so dorky, spending so much time glueing together little flimsy models.

But...it's so addictive.

Here's a cute little bunny with a cleaver. I'm going to try and shop out thos fold lines and then hang him by a string.

RX7 FC, it was originally yellow, so I had to shop it white, and I added RedSuns on either side and 490 TAP to the licinse plate (long story), but it came out like crap because THE DAMN THING DIDN'T EVEN FIT TOGETHER. I had to clip it in a few places, and it still looked like crap, I hate these boxular car crafts anyways. It looks crappy, and it's not my fault. And I was so fed up with it by the time I got to the lights, mirrors and vent I did it super sloppy. Oh, well. I'm still hoping some scams of The Special Version Initial D Papercraft Book is floating around somewhere. That was some hard core papercraft. Like they had special sheets for the windows and lights and everything. Freaking ace. Also, in addition to Ryoske's car, I want Dahling's car, the 86, and, of course, the Buntamobile.

Dahling is so awesome. I actually (suprise, suprise) enjoyed that little arc in which that chick with the single turbo FD. Poor her though, missed out on some Keisuke action.

So cute I couldn't resist. But damn is my desk dusty.

And I redid The Prince, and it came out awesome, not like the first one which was shit. It's not glued to the dashboard of someone's Jeep.

I also have a buch I haven't taken pictures of yet, maybe later. Rightnow I'm working one RAY and Cerberus, Cerburus was supposed to be wicked hard, it's actually not as scary as it looks, just tedious with all of the little peices and the teeth. RAY, however, is confusing the fuck outta me. It was supposed to be easier than Cerberus, but I have no fucking clue what I'm doing with it.

Yay for Badtz Maru papercraft! <lj:music>Hysteria- MUSE</lj:music>

Let's talk about ports.

Sony asks for loyalty. Nintendo doesn't need it. M$ buys it.

With pokets as deep as Bill Gate's, you have a pretty freaking huge advantage over other companies in the video game industry. They can buy (almost) any game or series they want, and at times secure exclusive content.

But daaamn, twenty-five million a pop for each episode of downloadable content for GTA IV, I would think for that much you'd just buy the whole dang game. But Sony probably already secured the release, thank God they did, because I'd be pissed if the whole franchise became an 360 exclusive.

Either way, if I had to choose a console in this situation, I would still stand by my PS3, since I'd still get GTA IV just minus the extra content (which would have to basically make up half the game to even have me thinking of buying a 360 soley for it) and also because of (duh!) Metal Gear. And Kojima seems to be a Sony fanboy, so yay for that. Not to mention Japan as a whole prefers the PS3, isn't it outselling the 360 over there? And who even holds the publishing rights to Metal Gear, Kojima or Konami? Konami might cave if they got an offer of generous as Take Two's, but still, they might have to drop Kojima's name on the game and that just maight make some fanboys cry (seriously, I shit you not, some Metal Gear fans are just so damn sensitive about crap...on the other hand I would be turned off if they dropped his name, but I'd still buy it).

One thing I never understood about MS though, they can buy any freaking title they want, yet they just can't hire a good PR guy. Nope. They just simply refuse to. So instead we get douche bags like this.

Fuck, I've got some white latex stuffs on my shorts. <lj:music>Hands Down- Dashboard Confessional</lj:music>

So. My camera came in the mail today, it's just a little digital number, but I love it to bits. It's black, seven megapixels, and it's nothing fancy but I want to go and take a whole bunch of pictures now.

Alas, I take just a few, nothing much to photograph around the house.

You can see my sewing machine's guts. Yay! You can see the gear I somehow managed to strip. What the fuck? How the hell did that happen?

Just a ninja in a thoughtful pose. Like the contacts? Cat pupils with a really neat grey blue and just of hint of green hue to them. Bleh, when I have time I'll take some nice pictures where not everything is messed up, but now I'm too lazy.

You know...I have one very guilty pleasure I rarely admit...it makes me feel dirty just saying it, but...I sorta, kinda, maybe...once in a looong while I might...listen to just a little bit of Dashboard Confessional...um, sometimes...

Don't stone me! Please!

Anyways, I brought it up, because it has come to my attention that there is an electric version of "Hands Down" in addition to the acoustic I'm used to. WHY WASN'T I TOLD ABOUT THIS SOONER? Eh, I might like the acoustic version more, or maybe I like them both equally...anyways, I was just pointing it out because I'm going to try and pick up my guitar again and learn it.

Who could blame they guy? He was SEGA before, chairman or something.

And this I saw a while ago, but I saw it again today and it just made me smile on the inside.

HA, HA, HA GET IT?
After finally getting my paper out of my way I've got time for more important things. Like Shadow of the Colossus! I picked it up again yesterday and fought the gecko-like colossus, no idea what his proper name was but I think it was the seventh. And it was just fucking amazing, so kept on playing.

The ending was pretty good. Controlling Dormin was hard though, all the guys I was attacking ended up getting out alive, although I don't I could have killed them anyways. When I controlled the possessed I did end up getting close to Mono, but on the last few steps I hit an invisible wall so I gave up. That was a very sad part, I wish the put in a little cut-scene for those that spent time getting up to her, just like a little one where he reaches out, and the shadows retract from his hand, and just barely brushes her cheek before he get pulled back. Oh well, it was a wonderful ending, and Agro lives! I was so upset when he fell. He has a broken leg though, aww, poor Agro. So, um, yeah. I kinda like to think that Mono and Wanderer were brother and sister, but Mono being his beloved seems more likely (well, actually they're both equally possible since he never makes an adorous gesture towards her, but lover's is just the vibe I get from it, but I'm not a really romantic person, so I like the brother sister idea a bit more, then again, blood doesn't have to mean a damn thing). Mono doesn't seem to know Agro though, odd. When I started the game fro some reason I thought that they were strangers and for some strange reason Wanderer was responsible for her death, in directly in an accident of something similar, and felt guilty so went to go ressurect her, but now after play there are so many things that signify that Wandered had a connection to Mono, weather he was a stranger or not to Mono is still up in the air, oh well. Story theories will be saved for another day.

Got to pick up ICO sometime. And Mono is a horrible name for a girl.

Some slightly gross, icky stuff ensues.

Okay, my left ear is getting pretty bad, no signs of infection, but it's really tender, going without earrings until it heals up. Actually, the hole itself isn't horribly painful, but I have this weird bump, I can feel it through the thin flesh of my ear lobe, it's spherical, and it hurts like a bitch. It's getting big fast to, so big it got between the ends of my plug and got pinched (which hurts like a bitch) and inadvertently pushed on my already tender hole. I probably should get this thing looked at, I have no fucking clue what it is, I just know it's big and it hurts. My little hoops, the really tiny ones, have seem to have gone missing too, so I have nothing to wear in my ears, all the better I guess, should have waited until my piercing wasn't so tender in the first place.

And on top of all that, I feel like crap! I think I almost hacked up a lung today. The nurse gave me some stuff to help, but it didn't really help much at all, and it made everything I ate today, even hours later, taste horribly bitter even though what she gave me was a yummy mint flavor.

Gah! And I still have an English paper to finish!

    <lj:music>Vendetta Nerds- Shawn Lee</lj:music>

Spent hours and hours and hours on my english paper. So now I'm taking a bit of time off, I'm still not finished with it though, I'll have to keep working on it in just a bit. Anyways, thought I'd share that piece I was coloring.

All of my progress as of so far. I actually just finished the base colors, but I always get impatient with stuff so as you can see I jumped the gun a bit and did a little shading a highlighting before I finished all the basic colors. The shading looks horrible though, because I usually slob on a load of color and then use the eraser and other tools to shape it, so, yeah. And I tried something new for highlights, the lips look okay, but on the hair it looks like shit. Still have no fucking clue of to dodge/burn efficiently.

Oh, and Dan ended up not being much of a help at all...although it wasn't entirely his fault...

Yeah, so I just changed my plans for the background. It's going to be a wall and sky now, which after looking at jadeedge's coloring, I think will look very nice. If I don't fuck it up. Which I probably will. Gaw, let's just hope I finish this one. Oh, and even though I made the wall brick colored it won't be brick, 'cha, yeah, like I could do that.

One without the shadows and highlights. I really should rethink the colors. My original palette was coincidentally very close to jadeedge's, so I decided to make mine very bright and sorta punk-raver thing, it sucked. And those thong straps are really bother me, I think I'll change them to basic black.

Wow. I didn't intend to write so much, but I've been writing about Nadine Gordimer all day, now that I've been given a chance to write about something else I just get all type-happy.

Oh, and if for some reason I need more than one cake on my birthday, I want this one in addiction to a box cake.

So, that big announcement Blizzard said they'd have today? That's right, fuck yeah. I woke up early just to geek out over the site. Fucking orgasmic.

I would have been pissed if it was a WoW expansion pack. Thank God it wasn't just another expansion pack.

Off to Dan's he's going to help me with some line art I'm trying to color (audiophile by jadeedge), I want to do the background in a specific way. And I want to see if I can use a filter or something to tune down the colors, since looking at what I cave done now it's way too bright. I always suck at picking colors.

Also, what the fuck? Sephiroth is not hotter than Solid Snake! No way! And LEON is number one? Well, I guess it's better than having yet another Square guy.

And there's are some bits she need to correct in the list of games they've appeared in, there are quite a few mistakes.

Dang it some people. I was for irked and then she just made me happy. It was an akward happy, but it was happy nonetheless. She's very sweet, and nice, I haven't even exchanged a word with her, but she's so nice to be around. I feel a little cruddy too, but she's just so nice. And she's tolerant of the dogs, and the dogs seem to like her back, which just makes everything better. She's very pretty too. Very pretty.

I had this big long thing I wanted to write, but, she makes me feel good, I don't feel like writing that stuff anymore.

Going to work on my term paper.

My day was horrible, how can one person be so great?
